I received a very nice book review #CrossActionSpaces

I am happy to announce two visitors from TU Dortmund University, Germany. They will join us for some days, here at our beautiful campus of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tobias Haertel and Dominik May give two presentations.

In this paper, we illustrate a method to develop heuristics for socio-technical systems (STS) combining four differed areas of research: CSCW, job design, usability heuristic and principles of socio-technical design. Initial results will be presented and discussed.
